"This is the office that wrote the manual on customer service. I have been with State farm for 18 years. Everyone here is very well mannered and polite. They are consistently especially responsive to my needs.
Everyone is always patient with me. There has been a couple of times when staff has explained something to me, and I have not understood due to not being familiar with insurance jargon. When I have asked them to re explain, they have always done so in a respectful and non condescending manner.
The manners of the staff here are top notch. This is one of the many professional examples of customer service at this office.
